have landed at Gulfport's waterfront with their newest venture

The Paweleks have been in the Hospitality/Restaurant Business,
more than 30 years and 17 of those owned their own Restaurants.
From 1992-2001 Botticelli Trattoria in Coral Gables, South Miami &
Kendall was their first foray into restaurant ownership.
Open for lunch & dinner, their hands-on approach was reflected
in the number of repeat customers. With an Italian Menu,
culled from personal files, The restaurants were a popular
and instant success.
They sold their restaurants & in 2001 bought the
Beal House Inn and Restaurant in Littleton, New Hampshire.
Receiving a 3 Diamond recognition from AAA,
was the culmination of years of renovations in the Inn, and restaurant
as well as adding a copper topped Martini Bar, featuring hundreds of
Martinis, Mojitos and Margaritas . Their menu gravitated to include
more international items and with Chef Jose Luis now full time in the
kitchen, and Catherine running the front of the house,
the accolades kept pouring in.
After several extremely cold winters, the Paweleks decided to sell the Inn
and move back to warmer climates. Searching for almost 2 years
they discovered the St. Petersburg area, purchasing a home just
1 1/2 blocks from the bay and finding their restaurant location in
the up and coming waterfront community of Gulfport. They gave
themselves only 3 weeks to transform the building from a breakfast/lunch
space to a full fledged Smart Contemporary Dinner Venue with copper bar
adding unique art pieces by Gulfport artists Fishbone and Fishspirit.
They opened on January 5, 2007 , so come in and check out this sophisticated
