It is in this Smart Contemporary Atmosphere that the Paweleks shine:
Chef Jose Luis starts the day making his home-made breads, focaccia (artichoke & sundried tomato or black Kalamata olive or pesto & pine nut), soup & sauces for the restaurant.
Pastry Chef Catherine makes the chutney spread (mango/pineapple or papaya/orange or mixed berry) & desserts (try the duet of Creme Brulees or  the Bread Pudding or maybe Catherine's Tiramesu  or Flan Special). She also tries to make at least one sugar free dessert each day.
